Olinca Marino

Olinca´s expertise focuses in environmental and gender projects related to ICTs. She believes in civil society as a key piece for the change with social justice. She has been working with social organizations since more than 20 years. She coordinated LaNeta until 2009. She was Executive Board member and Vice Chair of the global Association for Progressive Communications (APC). Biologist by UAM in Mexico City. She has a Master degree in Information Science by Konstanz University in Germany. Author of several articles in newspapers and journals. She has been participating in several forums at national, regional and global level.
