Director of the Law and Technology Research Institute of Recife - IP.rec, Brazil. Currently, she is a visiting researcher and Alexander von Humboldt Foundation’s German Chancellor Fellow (Bundeskanzler-Stipendium) 2022/23 at the 'Politics of Digitalization' research group of the Berlin Social Science Center (WZB), Germany.
She holds an MSc in Science and Technology Studies from the University of Edinburgh, UK (Chevening Scholar 2020/21) and an L.L.B from the Federal University of Pernambuco, Brazil.
