Víctor Práxedes Saavedra Rionda

Lawyer and political scientist, with a master's degree in Human Rights and a master's degree in International Cooperation, who is currently advancing his Law PhD studies. At Fundación Karisma, he is a lawyer and proyects officer working in the area of technology and democracy and developing advocacy and strategic litigation actions regarding community networks. Before arriving to Colombia, he took part in projects regarding the use of technology as a mean to fighting corruption both in the Spanish and European contexts, working from civil society with public administrations and assisting legislative in developing regulation.
