Roger Baig

Roger Baig Viñas joined the guifi.net community network in 2006 as a volunteer and since 2011 is an employee of the guifi.net Foundation, the organisation responsible for promoting and developing the guifi.net network. His current activities include the coordination of international collaborations, the organisation of community events and talks, the development of infrastructure projects, etc. As a researcher, he is doing his PhD at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. His current research interests are on business models, sustainability and governance of community networks. He holds a degree in industrial engineering, one in industrial electronics and automatisation and one on computer science.
