Erick Huerta Velazquez

He is the Deputy General Coordinator of REDES A.C. Expert of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) for connectivity issues in remote areas and indigenous peoples. He designed the legal strategy of the first Indigenous Community Cell Phone Network in the world. PhD student in Rural Development at UAM Xochimilco; Master in Social Administration with a Specialty in Community Development from the University of Queensland, Australia, and a Law Degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana with post-graduate courses at Escuela Libre de Derecho.
