“I’m a journalist since 1994, Internet activist, privacy advocate, copyright critic and free, open source software expert. I’m currently working as a journalist for La Repubblica and as editorialist for Wired. I’ve worked for the Italian Government, as Internet expert, Latium Regional Board, the University of Rome, Sapienza, the Italian Public Television, the United Nations, the EU Commission. I’m interested in the relationship between technology and society and I’m also exploring these topics on my ArDiCor weblog since 1998 and in several newspapers (La Repubblica, L’Espresso, Huffington Post, Limes, Wired, L’unità, Liberazione, Il Sole24Ore, Il Manifesto.
In addition, I’m sought out as a speaker and I appear frequently in the press.
Prior to joining the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (DDI) as senior information officer, I’ve worked for the National Center for Informatics in 2005, and in a variety of communication positions in corporate, non-profit and big/mid-sized media firms such as Rai-Radio Televisione Italiana and Apogeo/Feltrinelli”
