Partha Sarker co-founded Bytesforall network (www.bytesforall.org) in Bangladesh. He has extensive experience of managing, planning and
implementing various 'ICT for Development' (ICT4D) projects both at home and abroad in government, non-government, international organization and UN environment. He contributed to the development of various research and campaign activities in Bangladesh including ones on health financing, net neutrality, online privacy-security issues, open data, ICT and environmental sustainability etc. He participated monitoring and evaluation activities with a2i projects in Bangladesh, successfully delivered online knowledge sharing and web based solutions or services. With his web development and usability skills, he also developed various products and services and received awards, recognition including Stockholm IT Award, ITU fellowship, IDRC scholarship, FedDev Ontario President's Award of Excellence etc. as a result of these activities.
