managed networks, based initially on her own experience as a founding
member of QuintanaLibre, in Córdoba, Argentina.
For more than 10 years, she promotes and assists in the use of free

She Co-founded AlterMundi, an NGO with a focus on sustainable
technologies, built collaboratively and communally maintained. Trough
her role in AlterMundi, she has been working actively in the
dissemination and support of digital networks.
This year, she also co-founded the Community Networks Special Interest
Group, framed within the structure of ISOC (Internet Society).
Currently, she continues to deepen her work in training and the creation
